You will receive one package of these all natural shiny metal iron pyrite pieces, also known as fool’s gold. The natural gold coloration of iron pyrite has historically been mistaken for gold, hence its nickname, fool’s gold. It is very sparkly and because it tends to oxidize in air, it will leave a bit of darkish dust on your hands when handled. Pyrite often naturally forms into cubic shapes, these pieces have many sparkling cube type shapes all over their surface and are in natural condition similar to how you might find them in a mine. The pieces are 1/2 to 1 1/2 inch long. Lay one in the dirt and some people might think it’s gold! They also work great in art projects to simulate gold. Photos are stock photos, you will not receive these exact pieces but ones very similar. Iron pyrite is said to be a stone of protection and strength.
